Service and Refund Policy:

All sales for Canopy IEP services are final. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. Your payment secures our dedicated time and expertise in conducting a comprehensive audit and providing our professional opinion and guidance. We understand that our findings and recommendations, while objectively researched, may not always align with your personal expectations or preferences. However, payment is for the service rendered (our time, analysis, and the resulting Trail Guide and consultation), regardless of agreement with the specific findings or recommendations.

We understand that things happen, and we will always work within reason to help you reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your scheduled time.
