Be a Groundbreaking District: Educate, Not Enrage. Show your families that you care more, trust them more, and invest in them more than any other district in the state. By putting a District Staff Member and a Parent Leader in the SAME room to co-teach parent education under supervised program fidelity, you deliver radical transparency and authentic good faith without legal risk or advocacy slant.

The 4-Stage Co-Facilitation Ecosystem

A Closed-Loop Model for Parent Capacity Building and District Compliance

Stage 1

Dyad Certification

Each district sends 1 District Staff + 1 Parent Leader to Monrovia for 6-hr training, intensive roleplay, & exam.

Stage 2

Local Site Delivery

Certified Dyad co-teaches local families. Scripted G.A.M.E.S. curriculum ensures zero rogue or legalistic messaging.

Stage 3

Verified Roster

Dyad submits parent attendee roster. Peaceful IEP Navigators™ issues official, verified Parent Certificates.

Stage 4

1-Yr Neutral Support

Parent graduates get 12 months virtual Q&A office hours directly with an LEP/BCBA. 100% impartial and non-adversarial.

Understanding the G.A.M.E.S. Framework™

The P.I.N. Dyad Co-Facilitation Model

Want to show your parents that you are a cutting edge district that truly values partnership? Train a PARENT to present parent education alongside your staff. With the P.I.N. Dyad Co-Facilitation Model, you don't need to tell parents they matter — they see it on the stage when they arrive. Heavily scripted programming and guardrails allow both the staff and parent to present material with ease and techniques to ensure parents feel heard — while maintaining the commitment to education over advocacy. It teaches parents and staff the five pillars found in every IEP, so meetings begin from shared understanding instead of confusion.

G

Goals

The measurable annual progress milestones that define what the student will achieve and drive the entire IEP.

A

Accommodations

Changes in how a student accesses instruction and demonstrates learning without modifying classroom standards.

M

Modifications

Direct changes and adaptations to what a student is expected to learn.

E

Educational Services

The specialized instruction and related services (speech, OT, behavioral, academic) the student receives.

S

Special Education Placement

Navigating the setting continuum where services are delivered per the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
